A structured youth development program for ages 8–18, focused on building confidence, life skills, and exposure to real-world opportunities through guided education and mentorship.

Overview

The CHANCES Initiative is a structured youth development program designed for participants ages 8–18.

Through mentorship, education, and guided exposure, the program helps young individuals build confidence, develop decision-making skills, and better understand opportunities available to them.
